How do I book a transfer or tour?
Choose a service in the native form and provide your trip details. If no rate is available, the team will prepare a quote. Availability and price are confirmed before booking.
What information do I need to provide?
Pickup, destination, date, time, passengers and luggage. Add flight information for airports; for golf, include the course and your golf bags.
Can I arrange golf transportation?
Yes. We coordinate private transfers from airports and hotels to golf courses. Confirm space for your golf bags and luggage with the team.
How can I change or cancel?
Request cancellation by email or official WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the confirmed pickup or service start, using local Dominican Republic time. With 24 hours or more of notice, the amount paid for the cancelled, unperformed service is fully refunded. Requests with less than 24 hours are reviewed case by case. How is the price confirmed?
Your itinerary, date, passengers and vehicle determine the quote. Services without a published rate require a personalized quote.
