1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Traslados Turísticos Ramírez. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Traslados Turísticos Ramírez (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://trasladosturisticoramirez.com website as well as any related services.

By booking a service with us, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services

Traslados Turísticos Ramírez provides pre-booked private transportation services (including airport transfers) and guided tours/excursions throughout the Dominican Republic. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Confirmation

a) Booking Process

All services must be pre-booked through our official website, email, or WhatsApp channels. Bookings are only considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment and the issuance of a booking confirmation email or voucher from us.

b) Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed. The quoted price includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, and applicable local taxes. Tolls are included in airport transfer services. For tours and excursions, inclusions and exclusions (like entrance fees, meals, etc.) will be specified in the tour description.

c) Confirmation

It is your responsibility to review the booking confirmation and ensure all details (flight numbers, pickup times, locations, personal data) are correct. Any discrepancies should be reported to us immediately.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking. We are not liable for any service failures resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
  • Punctuality: You must be present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. Waiting times are outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
  • Luggage: Standard luggage allowance is one (1) standard-sized suitcase and one (1) carry-on bag per passenger. You must inform us at the time of booking of any oversized or excess luggage (e.g., golf bags, surfboards, strollers). We reserve the right to charge an additional fee or refuse to transport items that were not declared in advance.
  • Child Seats: Child safety seats can be provided upon request for an additional fee and are subject to availability. Please request them at the time of booking.
  • Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior is deemed to be a threat to the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle. No refund will be provided in these circumstances. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

All requests for cancellations and modifications to your booking are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Please review it carefully. We recommend you obtain adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes to your travel plans.

6. Liability

  • Our Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect losses, such as missed flights, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays, changes, or cancellation of services due to force majeure events. These include, but are not limited to, accidents, traffic congestion, strikes, riots, severe weather conditions, acts of terrorism, or any other event beyond our control.
  • Personal Property: Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the service.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to their trip.

7. Website Use

All content on this website, including the logo, text, images, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Traslados Turísticos Ramírez and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought in the courts of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
