What happens if my flight is delayed?
Don't worry! We monitor your flight status in real-time. Our driver will be waiting for you when you land, even if your flight is delayed. There are no extra charges for flight delays. We guarantee your Ramirez transfer will be ready when you are.
How far in advance should I book my reservation?
We highly recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability, especially during peak season. We will always try to accommodate last-minute requests.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (USD/DOP), direct bank transfers, and credit card payments through a secure link. Full payment is required before the service begins.
Where will I meet my driver?
Our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall after you pass customs. They will be holding an official sign with your name and the "Ramirez Tourist Transfers" logo. It is very easy to find them and start your transfer.
What does the transfer service include?
The standard service includes a modern, air-conditioned vehicle, a professional, experienced driver, and insurance coverage. Luggage assistance is also provided.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all incoming flight statuses. If your flight is delayed, we wait for you at no extra cost. Please provide us with the correct flight number during booking.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards for online pre-booking. We also accept cash (USD or DOP) paid directly to the driver, but please let us know in advance if you plan to pay with cash. We make your payment simple.
Can I modify my reservation details?
Yes, you can modify your reservation details (date, time, destination) free of charge up to 24 hours before the service, subject to availability.
Do you provide service to all areas of the Dominican Republic?
Yes, we offer private transfer services to all major tourist areas, including Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, Samaná, La Romana, and Puerto Plata. Please specify your exact destination when requesting a quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
